  • Q: What payment methods do you accept?

    • A: We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.

  • Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

    • A: Since every item is custom-printed just for you, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order moves into production and cannot be modified.

II. Shipping & Delivery

  • Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

    • A: Most orders are printed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Shipping within the US typically takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-20 business days depending on your location.

  • Q: Do you ship internationally?

    • A: Yes! We ship the spirit of the giants worldwide. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations.

  • Q: Where is my tracking number?

    • A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

III. Returns & Refunds

  • Q: What is your return policy?

    • A: We offer a 30-day guarantee for any manufacturing defects or shipping damages. If your item arrives damaged or incorrectly printed, please email us at support@dinospirit.com with a photo, and we will send a replacement immediately.

  • Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size?

    • A: Because each shirt is printed-to-order specifically for you, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size choices. Please refer carefully to our Size Chart on the product page before ordering.

IV. Product & Quality

  • Q: What is "Print-on-Demand"?

    • A: It’s our way of being eco-friendly! We don't hold massive stock. Instead, we print each item only when you order it. This reduces waste and ensures you get a fresh, high-quality garment every time.

  • Q: How should I wash my DinoSpirit apparel?

    • A: To keep your prehistoric prints looking sharp, we recommend machine washing cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry for the best longevity. Do not iron directly on the print.
