Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every shirt we make. If you're not happy with your order, we want to make it right. Here's our 30-Day Extinction Guarantee in plain English — no fine print, no runaround.
1. The 30-Day Extinction Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, exchange, or refund for any reason. That means:
- You ordered the wrong size? We'll take it back.
- The color wasn't what you expected on screen? We'll take it back.
- You just changed your mind? We'll take it back.
- The shirt arrived damaged or misprinted? That's on us — full refund or free replacement, no photo required (though photos help us improve).
2. What We Ask
To keep this policy sustainable, we only ask that returned items are:
- Unworn (other than trying it on once for fit)
- Unwashed
- Free of smoke, pet hair, makeup, deodorant stains, or strong odors
- Returned within 30 days of the date you received the package
3. How to Start a Return
The process is simple:
- Email support@dinospirit.com with your order number and a one-line reason ("wrong size", "didn't fit", "damaged" — whatever it is).
- We reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- You ship the item back. Customer covers return shipping for size / change-of-mind returns. DinoSpirit covers return shipping for defective, damaged, or wrong items.
- Once we receive your return (or photo evidence for defects), we process your refund within 3 business days.
4. Refund Methods & Timelines
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.). Processing times:
- DinoSpirit processing: 1–3 business days after we receive your return
- Credit/debit cards: additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund
- PayPal: usually instant once we issue the refund
- Shop Pay / Apple Pay: 3–5 business days
You will receive an email confirmation the moment we issue the refund on our end.
5. Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or design? No problem. The fastest way to exchange is to (a) place a new order for the item you want right now, and (b) return the original item for a refund. This way your new shirt ships immediately instead of waiting for your return to arrive at our facility. If you'd rather do a direct exchange, we can hold the new order until we receive your return — just let us know in your email.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item, please email support@dinospirit.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (the full shirt, plus a close-up of the defect)
We will either ship a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice. You do not need to return the defective item in most cases.
7. Store Credit Option (Earn 10% Extra)
Prefer store credit instead of a cash refund? We'll add 10% on top of your return value as a thank-you. Example: return a $29.99 shirt, receive $32.99 in DinoSpirit store credit valid for 12 months. Just mention "store credit" in your return email.
8. What We Cannot Accept
The only things we can't take back:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been worn (beyond trying on), washed, or altered
- Items with strong odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of use
- Items from final-sale collections (clearly marked "FINAL SALE" at checkout)
- Gift cards
9. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it. After 2 hours, production has typically started and we can no longer cancel. If cancellation isn't possible, you can still return the item under this policy once it arrives.
