Shipping Policy

At DinoSpirit, every tee is printed on demand for you. We don't warehouse pre-printed stock, which means the moment you place an order, a real human starts pulling the right fabric, loading the right ink, and getting your shirt ready to ship. Here's exactly what happens next and how long it takes.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). During high-volume periods — new product launches, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the December holiday season — processing may extend by 1–2 additional business days. We will notify you by email if your order is affected.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner.

Total delivery window = Processing time + Shipping time. For a typical U.S. order, expect your package within 5–8 business days from the moment you hit checkout.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then reach out to support@dinospirit.com.
4. Carriers We Use
We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL Express for U.S. domestic. International orders go via DHL eCommerce, Global Postal, or local postal services depending on destination. We choose the carrier based on speed and reliability for your location — you'll see the actual carrier on your tracking page.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package, please wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a day early. Then:
- Check with neighbors and your mailroom or front desk
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Email us at support@dinospirit.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date
We'll open an investigation and, if the package is confirmed lost or stolen in transit, we will reship your order free of charge or issue a full refund. Claims filed after 30 days from the marked delivery date cannot be honored.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only modify an address within 2 hours of order placement — after that, production begins and the address is locked. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you and offer two options: (a) reship to the corrected address for a $9.99 reshipping fee, or (b) refund your order minus original shipping cost.
7. International Orders: Duties, Taxes, and Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Customs processing may add additional delivery time beyond our stated estimates. DinoSpirit cannot predict or refund these fees.
8. APO, FPO, and PO Box Addresses
We happily ship to APO, FPO, and PO Box addresses within the United States via USPS. Please note that delivery to military addresses may take an additional 5–10 business days beyond standard estimates.
9. Holiday Shipping
For holiday delivery (Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa), we recommend placing your order no later than December 10 for U.S. standard shipping and November 25 for international shipping. Exact deadlines will be posted on our homepage each December.
