• All products are made to order and printed on demand by our fulfillment partners.
• We make every effort to display accurate product images, colors, and descriptions. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and fabric texture.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, and to limit order quantities in our sole discretion.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, suspected fraud, inability to verify payment, or shipping restrictions. If we decline, we will refund any payment received.

Accepted payment methods: major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is charged at the time of order placement.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times, rates, and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. In summary: 30-day no-questions-asked returns on unworn, unwashed items.

All content on the Site — including designs, product photography, logos, illustrations, text, graphics, and software — is owned by DinoSpirit or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written permission. Purchasing a product does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the design itself — only the physical item you purchased.

9. User Content

If you submit content to the Site (product reviews, photos, comments), you grant DinoSpirit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with our business, including marketing. You represent that you own or have the right to submit any content you upload, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DINOSPIRIT, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY. 15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
