Shipping & production
Shipping is a flat $11.99 per order, with tracking. We ship canvases within the US only.
Every portrait is checked by our team within 1 business day, then printed in 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 4–8 business days after it ships.
Canvases larger than 16 × 24 in can't be delivered to PO boxes.
Photo tips
- A recent, sharp photo of your child looking at the camera
- Face fully visible: no sunglasses, no hands in front
- Good daylight, no filters
- At least 1000 px on the short side (most phone photos are)
- Other people in the photo? Just tap your child's face
Your photo & privacy
Faces are found right in your browser, and only the part around your child's face is uploaded. We use it only to create your portrait with our AI image partner.
Photos are deleted automatically after 30 days. If you order, your portrait files are kept for 90 days in case you need a reprint.
